The Finnish grandparents of our company brewed mushrooms when they couldn't get coffee. As it turns out, those mushrooms—Chaga—are a powerful, immune-supporting Four Sigmatic food, which gave us an idea. We carefully roast and brew shade-grown, organic coffee beans, then concentrate the coffee by evaporation and spray-dry it into a pure, delectable, instant coffee powder.
